Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take additional time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at allthatsignandmore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
